About HN Development

Holtz Needham Development is a small engineering firm that focuses on intellectual property, technology development, design, and one-off manufacturing.
HN Development was founded in 2002 as a company specializing in sensor and control system design for precision agricultural equipment.  In 2007, the company expanded its knowledge depth and design capabilities to excel in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.

Our company possess various types of electronic lab equipment, software for solid modeling, mathematical modeling, and electrical circuit layout, compilers and programmers for embedded systems coding, and tooling for prototype construction and testing.  In three California locations, our facilities allow HN Development to fully diagram, model, build, and test many types of prototype equipment.
